AI, messaging and integrations

Conversations and systems that act with context and control

We combine AI agents, WhatsApp, chat, voice, APIs, signing and payments to move the process forward, not merely exchange messages. Every action retains its identity, limits and evidence.

Beyond chatbots and one-off connectors

Responding or integrating is not enough if the process remains broken

An isolated agent can answer and a one-off API can move data. Operations also need identity, limits, failure recovery, permissions and a shared source of evidence.

01

Conversations without memory

Users repeat information and every channel starts without the context of their case.

02

Duplicated connectors

Several applications solve the same provider using different credentials, formats and error handling.

03

Actions that are difficult to audit

It is unclear who decided, what was sent, whether it was delivered or how a failure can be recovered.

Capabilities

AI and shared services connected to real work

We design both the conversation and the infrastructure required to read context, apply rules and execute reliable actions.

01

AI agents

Qualification, service, follow-up and collections over WhatsApp, chat, voice or email with human handoff.

02

Messaging gateway

Multiple applications, instances, credentials, sending, receiving and statuses isolated by context.

03

Integrated electronic signing

PDF preparation, signatories, OTP, evidence, final document and status events according to the validated scope.

04

APIs and webhooks

Versioned contracts, authentication, validation, event signing and integration documentation.

05

Payments and reconciliation

Links or checkout, provider events and connection to a case, agreement or opportunity.

06

Reliable delivery and auditing

Idempotency, outbox, retries, deduplication, permissions, activity and operational health.

Operational journey

A governed action from start to finish

The channel or provider is only one component. Value comes from connecting identity, context, decision, delivery and supervision.

  1. 01

    Identity

The user, application, tenant, channel and permissions are resolved.

  2. 02

    Context

The service receives only the process data it needs.

  3. 03

    Decision

Rules, AI or a hybrid model select the next step.

  4. 04

    Action

The relevant system sends, signs, collects payment or updates its record.

  5. 05

    Supervision

The team reviews exceptions, quality, events and outcomes.

Applied infrastructure and product

Paycollect and our gateways share the same discipline

Conversational collections, multi-application messaging and evidence-based signing differ in interface, but share identity, permissions, contracts, retries, handoff and traceability.

  • Rule-based, AI or hybrid engines
  • Independent, revocable credentials
  • Signed, retryable webhooks
  • Operational dashboards and activity records

Solutions and gateways in this area

Each project demonstrates part of the same system: converse, execute and return a reliable outcome to the process.

Shared infrastructure

Messaging Gateway

A multi-application layer isolating credentials, persisting messages, deduplicating events and returning statuses to CRM and consuming platforms.

Signing and evidence

Signing Gateway

A service preparing documents, coordinating signatories and OTP, preserving artefacts and reporting statuses. It is not presented as a qualified electronic signature service.

Delivery

What remains after the first scope is complete

We do not deliver screens alone. The result includes the process, product, integration and the conditions required to operate and evolve it.

  • 01Map of intents, systems and events
  • 02Policy for limits, permissions and handoff
  • 03API contract and status model
  • 04Integration with channels, providers and applications
  • 05Review dashboard, metrics and runbook
Method

How we turn scope into a usable solution

01

Objective

We define which outcome can close the flow and which cannot.

02

Contract

We design identities, data, actions, statuses, errors and limits.

03

Reliability

We connect providers with idempotency, retries and observability.

04

Supervision

We test, measure and adjust with human review and evidence.

Frequently asked questions

What to clarify before getting started

Do you only work with WhatsApp?+

No. We can design journeys for web chat, WhatsApp, voice, email and other channels using the appropriate provider and operating model.

Can AI use information from our CRM?+

Yes, but access must be limited to the data needed for the action and respect the permissions, purpose and controls defined for each case.

What happens if the agent cannot answer or a provider fails?+

Depending on the event, the flow can ask for clarification, stop, transfer to a person or retain and retry the action without duplicating it.

Is a signing gateway equivalent to a qualified electronic signature?+

Not necessarily. Signature type and evidential sufficiency depend on the document, risk and applicable requirements; the scope must be validated before implementation.

Next step

Connect a critical conversation or service to the real process

We start with a focused flow, known context, clear limits and an outcome that can be measured and audited.
