Ethics Channel

Suncapital's internal reporting system for communicating potential irregularities, regulatory breaches or conduct contrary to the Code of Ethics.

The Ethics Channel enables suspected irregularities, unlawful acts or breaches of internal policies to be reported in good faith.

Scope

The current policy applies to employees and directors of Suncapital Management, S.L. and extends to stakeholders the responsibility to report irregularities that may affect the organisation.

Safeguards

  • Confidentiality of reports and protection of the data of reporting persons, affected parties and people participating in the investigation.
  • The ability to communicate with identified or anonymous reporting persons throughout the process.
  • Acknowledgement of receipt within seven calendar days.
  • A standard investigation within no more than three months from acknowledgement of receipt, extendable in special cases.
  • Protection from retaliation for reporting persons and collaborators acting in good faith.

External channel

Without prejudice to the internal channel, the external channel managed by the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority under Spanish Law 2/2023 of 20 February may also be used.
