Quality and Information Security Policy

SUNCAPITAL GROUP combines technology and talent to help organisations that need to manage large volumes of assets, tasks or information, as well as clients requiring advice on real-estate credit intermediation.

The policy applies to the group's companies and is based on values including innovation, excellence, distinctiveness, adaptability, non-conformism and a drive for improvement.

• Continuously improve the effectiveness of the Quality and Information Security system, aligned with ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001.
• Ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of Suncapital and client information.
• Assess and address risks and opportunities related to quality and security.
• Provide sufficient resources to implement, maintain and improve the system.
• Comply with legal, regulatory and contractual requirements and other commitments made by the organisation.
• Communicate the policy to employees and orient the service towards customer satisfaction.

Continuous improvement

This policy provides the framework for setting and reviewing Quality and Information Security objectives and targets within Suncapital Group.
